How do you personalize chocolates?
We use a patented technology called Chocolography. We have a special machine that prints high-quality images directly on the surface of confectionery items using FDA-approved food coloring for ink.
What kind of chocolates do you have?
We import gourmet chocolates from the Blommer Chocolate Company in the United States. Our solid Belgian truffles are imported from Belcolade.
Our products are mostly milk chocolate, but a few select items come in white and dark chocolate. We currently don't have sugar-free chocolates =)
Is everything edible?
Yes. Our chocolates are coated with a thin layer of white frosting, where we do the printing.
How long do the chocolates last? How do I store my personalized chocolates?
If stored properly, the chocolates will still be delicious for 6 months. Just keep the chocolates in room temperature and out of heat and moisture. There is no need to refrigerate, as this will only cause moisture and ruin the design.
How do you come up with my personalized image?
Once we receive your image, we can crop and zoom in to the picture, change backgrounds, and use different fonts to make your message stand out. We can also fix small imperfections and make sure that your chocolate is both pleasing to the eye and your taste buds!
What type of photo works best on chocolate?
The better the quality of the photo, the better it will come out on chocolate. We recommend images which have a DPI of 300 or more, and file formats of JPG, GIF, PSD, PNG or BMP. Keep in mind that if your photo is dark, jagged or blurry, it will print that way. Brighter pictures also print better. Sometimes its better to send a few different pictures if you're not sure.
Will I be able to review the artwork?
Absolutely. We will e-mail you the design for approval before production. Just tell us if you want to change or add anything on the design.
Do you have a minimum order?
We don't have any minimum order, but we do give discounts for bulk orders.
How long before I receive my order?
That would depend on the number of items and if the products are in stock. We only print when you approve of the design, and then we will inform you when your order is ready for pick-up (usually 2 days).
What about payment?
You can pay upon pick-up but we need 50% downpayment if you order is more than P2,000. If you will have your order delivered, we require full payment before we can send it out. We accept GCash payments, bank deposits through BPI and PayPal. We also take Visa, MasterCard, and EPS in our store premises. See our ORDERING INFORMATION page for more details.
Do you print on anything else besides chocolates?
We also print on cookies, but we're continually updating our products, so check back once in a while =)
Do you have other branches?
Our only branch is in Malakas Street, Quezon City. Do visit us and check out our products for your event giveaways and customized gifts.
